RATES & POLICIES

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Most clients prefer to enroll in autopay for convenience.

Session Fees

$200 for 50 minute session

$300 for 80 minute session

(recommended for couples)

Insurance

While I do not accept insurance, I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellations when notification is given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You are responsible for a charge equal to 50% of your scheduled appointment fee for any appointments that are canceled or rescheduled without 48-hour notice. If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not contacted me, the session will be considered cancelled without notice and the full session fee will be assessed.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
